Challenge
Wholesalers within the Kadorf community want to easily save business contacts once they follow a company.
In the first version of the app, however, users could only download all contacts of followed members at once.
The Key pain points
No option to select relevant contacts only → leads to data overload and lack of focus.
No overview of whether contacts were already synced or not.
Missing control and management features for handling business contacts efficiently.
Solution Approach
Selective Contact Download
Checklist-style view of followed companies.
Users can choose only the contacts that are important to them.
Dashboard Integration
Central overview of all saved contacts.
Status indicators showing whether a contact is synced or not synced.
Option to resync individual contacts or sync all at once.
Interaction Design
Clear card or list layout for each contact.
Filter and search options to handle large contact lists.
Progress feedback during downloads (loading bar, toast messages).
